- Confirmed reservations can only be made with a 30% deposit accompanied with a booking submitted in writing, by email or by fax.
- If the booking is made within 45 days of the departure date, then full payment should accompany the booking.
- On receipt of a 30% deposit for the specified cruise we will send you a confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid 45 days before departure of the trip.
- If Khaolaktrip Dive Centre does not receive the full payment 45 days prior to the trip,Khaolaktrip will send a written warning.
- If no payment is made within 3 days of the warning Khaolaktrip retains the right to cancel the booking and resell the spaces with no refund given.
Cancellation and No Show Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing, by letter, fax or email.
- Cancel more than 60 days in advance : THB 1,000 Administration fees plus bank charges.
- Cancel 45 days to 60 days in advance : Charge 30% of the price.
- Cancel less than 45 days in advance : Charge 100% of the price.
- No Show = No Refund : Charge 100% of the price.
