PHUKET

Koh Racha Noi

Racha Noi is the more isolated of the two islands and is a popular dive-site for more experienced divers, as the depths are generally greater and the currents frequently stronger than at its sister island to the North. Koh Racha Yai

Not everyone spells the Thai names of the islands the same way Racha is often spelled Rajah and Raya. The Phi-Phi Islands are also spelled Pee-Pee. When reading about local dive-sites It helps to learn a few Thai words Ao means beach, Ko (or Koh) means Island, Hin means Rock, Yai means large, and Noi means small. Koh Dok Mai (Koh Doc Mai)

This small, jungle topped island is located on the way to Shark Point from Phuket and is considered one of the best wall dives in the area. Doc Mai is a huge limestone rock that rises steeply out of the sea. On three sides the sheer walls occupied with a different creature in every nook and cranny drop straight down to the sea floor. Koh Phi Phi

With year round diving to rival the Similans, Phi Phi’s 30+ dive sites are great for beginners and experienced divers alike.Located about 22 km west of Ko Lanta, the Phi Phi Islands comprise Phi Phi Don, Phi Phi Ley, Ko Yung (Mosquito Island) and Ko Mai Pai (Bamboo Island) and offer consistently good diving, year round. King Cruiser Wreck

The King Cruiser was originally a car ferry in Japan before being used to transport passengers between Phuket and Ko Phi Phi. On May 4th, 1997, the ferry hit dive site Anemone Reef and quickly sank. All the passengers were rescued by nearby dive and fishing boats and there were no casualties. Read more..

Anemone Reef

Anemone Reef (or Hin Jom - Submerged Rock) is about 600m away from Shark Point. As the name suggests, this pinnacle dive site is completely covered in Anemones that gently sway in the current. There are an enormous variety of Moray Eels - from Zebra and Spot-Face Morays to Honeycombed Yellow-Edged, Undulated, White Mouth and Clouded Morays. You can also find many Lionfish and Bearded Scorpionfish on this site - the largest I’ve seen was - nearly 80cm long! Read more..

Koh Haa

The 12+ dive sites at Ko Haa offer beautiful scuba diving and snorkelling with spectacular visibility. Diving at Ko Haa is suitable for divers and snorkellers of all levels.Ko Haa’s scuba diving highlights include The Lagoon, The Cathedral and The Chimney. Koh Rok

The two sister-islands of Ko Rok offer beautiful diving with fabulous beaches and are suitable for divers and snorkellers of all levels.Located approximately 25km south of Ko Haa and visible on the horizon from Kantiang Bay, Ko Rok offers relatively shallow diving with abundant marine life and thriving corals in the shallower areas. Hin Daeng

The dive sites Hin Daeng and Hin Muang are the deepest drop-offs in Thailand. They are world-class dive sites and provide some of the most stunning diving in the area, with a high chance of seeing Manta Rays and even Whale Sharks. From our location in the South of Ko Lanta, we can reach Lanta’s Top Dive Sites much faster than dive boats that depart from Saladan in the North of the island. Hin Muang

Hin Muang is completely submerged and derives its name from the vast number of purple corals covering the pinnacle. It is also known as a cleaning station for passing Manta Rays who come here to be cleaned and use neighboring dive site Hin Daeng as a navigation point.The Hin Muang reef is 200 meters long and less than 20 meters wide, and comprises three main pinnacles and several smaller ones. There is a channel in the centre of the reef in which reef fish congregate to escape the currents that sweep along each side of the reef. Read more..

King Cruiser Wreck

The King Cruiser was originally a car ferry in Japan before being used to transport passengers between Phuket and Ko Phi Phi. On May 4th, 1997, the ferry hit dive site Anemone Reef and quickly sank. All the passengers were rescued by nearby dive and fishing boats and there were no casualties. The steel wreck has now evolved into a fantastic natural reef and is home to a huge variety of marine life, who seek shelter within it. Richelieu Rock

This beautiful Surin Marine National Park is situated north of Similan and only 7 kilometers from the Burmese border. It consists of five granite islands covered in lush forest with idyllic beaches and beautifully clear water. The famous Richelieu Rock is one of the world's best locations for spotting whale sharks and is certainly one of Thailand's best dive sites. This submerged rock is surrounded by a series of underwater pinnacles covered in corals and sea fans, making this a spectacular wall dive. Read more..

Surin Islands Dive Sites

Located just below the border with Burma on the northern end of the Thai coastline. There are five islands in all, but he two most popular are Ko Surin Neua (north island) and Ko Surin Tai (south island). The Surin Island chain are a series of jungle covered granite outcrops that are ringed with coral reefs to a depth of 25-30 meters.
